Guided tours are a fun way to build mountain biking skills, fitness, and trail knowledge. Groups of up to 15 people can be accomadated with lunch provided. Plan on 2-3 hours on your bike for the skills session and trail ride. Bikes are not provided.
The bike you bring needs to be in good working condition, have gears, working brakes, and you must wear a helmet at all times while riding. We will check bike/rider fit and tire pressure.
Basic skills practice
Before we hit the trails, we practice some basic skills that will help you be safe and have more fun on the bike. We will go over shifting, braking, turning, and how to be safe on your bike in the woods.
Choose your duration and difficulty according to your confidence level after the skills practice. Rides are typically 3-6 miles.
